We are program run by the students and guidance counsellor at Blyth Academy. Our duty is to help students who are suffering from mental health issues. This webpage is just a brief overview of what is anxiety, depression, pressure; types of each; and how to solve them step by step. In addition we will also teach students how to manifest their life. (Caution: this webpage is only for those who are with mild and moderate symptoms. If you have severe symptoms, please find a medical doctor and take proper treatment)
