Kids Help Phone

This is a helpline for youth who are suffering from mental health, addictions and well-being. They do have professional cancelling for free! The whole service can be anonymous.

We are program run by the students and guidance counsellor at Blyth Academy. Our duty is to help students who are suffering from mental health issues. This webpage is just a brief overview of what is anxiety, depression, pressure; types of each; and how to solve them step by step. In addition we will also teach students how to manifest their life. (Caution: this webpage is only for those who are with mild and moderate symptoms. If you have severe symptoms, please find a medical doctor and take proper treatment)

As a health psychologist, Dr. Kelly McGonigal's job is to help people manage stress and make positive changes in their lives. Over the years, observing how students control their choices, she realized that a lot of what people think about self-control actually prevents us from succeeding. For example, treating self-control as a virtue can derail well-intentioned goals.
