Pressure?
The so-called stress refers to the environmental stimulation caused by the body's non-specific response. Stress can also be understood as the stimulation of external stressful events. Life changes such as personal relationships, work and financial conditions can cause stress.

Everyone is stressed. Pressure is a subjective feeling of people, some more difficult to deal with, there are difficulties and a threat to their own events, pressure will accompany. In fact, stress is not the situation or the event itself, but the person's understanding and reaction to the situation.
There are roughly two stages of stress. First, finding a difficult situation that might threaten your goal. Second, discover that you may not have the skills or resources to address the threat. Stress may arise from the environment, but the process itself is a biological process. The hypothalamus is the main part of the brain that responds to stress. When we're in an environment, it tells us whether or not the environment is threatening. The hypothalamus is mainly in the protobrain. The reason we have a rich mind is that humans have brains, which govern abstract things like thinking. The primitive brain is found in most animals, and its main job is to maintain our basic senses and basic survival.

When we encounter a threatening environment, the hypothalamus sends out signals that call our attention. These signals speed up heart rate and breathing, tense muscles, raise blood pressure and reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood. Since the primordial brain is not well connected to the brain, this response is useful in some environments. It is easy to give an example. For example, when you are suddenly startled, this reaction process causes you to immediately choose to avoid danger. But when you sit in an exam room and take a test, your primal brain may perceive the exam environment as threatening. Keep sending these physiological signals, and no matter how much your brain tells you to calm down, you can't really calm down. Your physical reaction at this point can have a negative impact on your test score. If you're taking the gaokao, the impact is even greater. But this reaction is not impossible to adjust, but after a certain amount of familiarity and training. Learning to use deep abdominal breathing is a great way to deal with stress.
