Types of Anxiety

 

 

Along with the various pressures of material life, work and family, the phenomenon of anxiety in society is increasing. So what are the symptoms of anxiety.

1. Worrying too much

 

GAD is characterized by overthinking. Anxiety disorders can occur if the anxiety lasts more than four days a week for six months, and if the bad mood makes people miserable and affects their life and work.

2. Irrational fear

 

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder. Some people fear for a long time, but there is no specific fear of the object, it may be anxiety at work.

 

3. Muscle tension

 

With clenched fists, a stiff back and a clenched chin, anxious people tend to have rigid muscles all over their bodies.

4. Repeat

 

Some people repeatedly talk to everyone around them about little things, this may be a sign of anxiety.

 

5. Decreased sleep quality

 

Difficulties in falling asleep or sleeping restlessly are often associated with anxiety. Many people with anxiety often have fears or anxious before going to bed. For those who often will experience night mare along with sweating. 

 

6. Relive the hurt

 

According to research, scientists found that people with social anxiety often experience reliving trauma similar to those with post-traumatic stress disorder, such as replaying images of people laughing at them in the past.

 

7. Panic attacks

 

Performance for sudden fear and helplessness, often last a few minutes, accompanied by dyspnea, numb hands and feet, sweating, dizziness and fatigue.

 

 

8. Chronic indigestion

 

The gastrointestinal tract is very sensitive to psychological stress, so anxiety is often expressed through physical symptoms. The most common is irritable bowel syndrome, which is characterized by stomach cramps, bloating, constipation or diarrhea.

9. Self-doubt

 

Some people question themselves over and over again over a question like, "Do I love my family? ", "Am I competent?" And so on. These questions often can not be answered in one sentence or two, nor is it absolute, but they insist on a definite answer, make themselves very tired of thinking. 

 

10. Stage fright

 

There are a group of people who have a strong fear of social interaction and even spend a lot of time thinking about upcoming social events. These symptoms make it difficult for them to maintain social relationships, work or school.
